I am here as Youth Team Manager to use my experience as an ex-Hampshire Senior Player and my involvement with darts spanning back to 1974 to motivate and mentor our talent and teach them many things. 

 

To help and improve them, make them better players, guide and support them and inspire them to achieve great things, not just as dart players, but in life, install quality things, respect, confidence and sportsmanship qualities on and off the oche.

 

To enhance and supply quality youth players to progress into the senior ranks of Hampshire County Darts and beyond.

Manage ongoing support, being an inspiration to them all and to achieve and be competitive in their lives.

I will work closely with my management team and lead by example.
