Hampshire Produce Outstanding Display in Victory Over Cambridgeshire
This past weekend saw Hampshire deliver an excellent all-round performance, securing a convincing 23–11 victory over Cambridgeshire in their latest county fixture.
From start to finish, Hampshire showed quality and consistency across all sections, producing one of their strongest displays of the season and fully deserving the result.
There were several standout individual performances across the weekend. Laura Turner impressed with a confident 3–1 victory, averaging 20.89, while Cara Rimmer also delivered a solid performance to win 3–1 with an 18.10 average.
In the men’s matches, Ady Wright was in superb form, recording a dominant 4–0 win with an excellent 29.04 average, while Mike Gillet produced another high-quality display, winning 4–2 with a strong 29.24 average.
Overall, it was a fantastic result for Hampshire, built on strong team performances and high scoring throughout. The squad will look to carry this momentum forward as they continue their campaign.
